Delivery is free across Oman on orders above 20 OMR. For orders below 20 OMR, a small shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days across Oman. Delivery time may vary by region.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details. You can also check your order status in your account.
No. All deliveries are within Oman and free of international customs duties.

We currently support secure online payments (cards, wallets, bank transfer). Cash on Delivery is not available.

Returns & Refunds
You can request a return by contacting our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
We accept returns on unused and sealed items within 7 days. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected.
If the refunded amount is not as expected, please contact us immediately with your order ID. We’ll review and correct it quickly.
Delivery charges are refunded only if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
